We provide DUI treatment hours for patients with significant and/or high-risk levels requiring 20 hours or 75 hours of addiction treatment. These hours are typically covered by insurance.
We provide a box of Narcan to all new patients and their families. We also have a Narcan distribution box in our entryway that is available to community members. There is no cost for this service and the box can be accessed during business hours.
We offer infectious disesase testing to all patients for HIV, HEP C, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and tuberculosis. We provide patients who opt to receive these services with results and linkage and referrals to appropriate sources for follow up care.
We also conduct full body assessments for all new MAT patients to assess for wound care needs. Any patients with wound care needs are also provided with linkage and referrals to appropriate sources for follow up care.
We provide case management services to assist our patients with health needs, transportation needs, budgeting needs, meal planning needs, and/or employment needs, We also assist our patients with obtaining Medicaid, Social Security, cash grants, WIC, Link Cards, and other entitlements that they may need and in obtaining other medical, dental, mental health, educational, recreational, vocational, and social services as specified in their treatment plan. In addition, we assist with managing family situations, living conditions, school, and/or work situations.
We offer onsite access to a washer and dryer for all active patients. These facilities are offered at no cost to our patients. Patients must supply their own laundry soap and are responsible for supervising their own belongings at all times and removing those belongings from the facility prior to close. Stonybrook Center, Inc. is not responsible for any patient belongings and patients are not able to access any items left behind after hours. Patients sign up for to use these services through their counselor.
