Intensive outpatient program (IOP)

group

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our IOP program is open to all patients struggling with a substance addiction.  This program is open to patients who are looking to establish sobriety from other substances while engaging in our medication assisted treatment (MAT) program, patients who are working on abstinence from all substances, and/or patients who are focusing on a harm reduction approach to addiction.

This program combines individual therapy sessions with group therapy sessions and the option of MAT services to provide comprehensive care.  Our groups utilize evidence-based curriculum, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Living in Balance from Hazelden, Beyond Trauma by Stephanie Covington, and Helping Men Recover by Stephanie Covington, Dan Griffin, and Rick Dauer to provide our patients with a variety of group options to best fit their needs.  We also offer a creative recovery group.

IOP groups are offered onsite, in person, Monday- Friday from 8a-11a.  Patients participating in IOP will engage in 3-5 groups per week.  Individual sessions range from biweekly to monthly depending on patient need.
